Description
The Active Alarm Buzzer Driver Module is a small board that gives a loud beep when it receives a signal from a microcontroller. It carries an active buzzer, which has its own built-in oscillator and sounds as soon as it is powered, plus a transistor driver, so an Arduino or ESP32 pin only has to switch it on and off. It is a simple way to add alarms, timers, warnings and button feedback to a project.
Active Alarm Buzzer Driver Module Specifications
- Sound element: active buzzer with built-in oscillator (one fixed tone)
- Driver: on-board transistor switch

What's in the Box
- 1 × active alarm buzzer driver module
Tip: Many of these modules sound when the I/O pin is pulled LOW and stay quiet when it is HIGH, so test both states in your code. For melodies or changing tones use a passive buzzer instead, as an active buzzer plays only one note.
