Fingerprint Scanner GT-521F32 Sparkfun

The Fingerprint Scanner GT-521F32 (SparkFun SEN-14518) is a compact optical fingerprint module that enrols, stores and identifies up to 200 fingerprints on its own. It talks to a microcontroller over a simple UART protocol, so an Arduino or ESP32 only sends commands and receives the result. Fingers are recognised at any angle, making it a good fit for door locks, attendance systems and secure projects.
