The Heat Shrink Tubing 5mm Black is a 1 meter length of black heat shrink tube with a 5 mm diameter. Cut off the piece you need, slide it over a joint and heat it: the tube shrinks down around the wires to insulate them and protect the connection from strain and short circuits. The 5 mm size is a good fit for thicker hookup wire, twisted pairs, small connector joints and power leads in Arduino and robotics projects.
