MultimeterDT9205M

The MultimeterDT9205M is the DT9205M handheld digital multimeter with a large 3½-digit LCD, for measuring voltage, current, resistance and capacitance, and for testing diodes, transistors and continuity. It uses manual range selection with a rotary switch, which makes it a practical, budget-friendly meter for students, hobbyists and repair technicians.

Tip: Always select a range higher than the value you expect, then switch down for more detail. After measuring current, move the red lead back to the V/Ω socket; measuring voltage with the lead still in the mA or 20 A socket shorts the source and can damage the meter.
