Rectifier Bridge GBJ1510 15A

The Rectifier Bridge GBJ1510 15A is a high-current single-phase full-wave bridge rectifier rated for 15 A average output current. The 10 at the end of the part number marks the 1000 V peak reverse voltage version of the GBJ15 series. Its flat single in-line GBJ package has a hole for bolting it to a heatsink, making it a good choice for power supplies, battery chargers and motor drives that need more current than small bridges can handle.
