Schottky Barrier Diode 1N5821 30V 3A

The Schottky Barrier Diode 1N5821 is a 3 A, 30 V Schottky rectifier with a much lower forward voltage than standard silicon diodes such as the 1N4007. The lower voltage drop means less power lost as heat, and its fast switching makes it a popular catch diode in DC-DC converters, solar chargers and low-voltage power supplies.
