SPST Slide Switch 5pcs

The SPST Slide Switch pack contains five single-pole single-throw slide switches for simple on/off control. Slide the actuator one way to close the circuit and the other way to open it, which makes them a good fit as power switches for battery-powered gadgets, robots and Arduino projects. They are also handy for setting a mode or configuration input on a microcontroller.

Tip: To read the switch with an Arduino, wire it between a digital pin and GND and use pinMode(pin, INPUT_PULLUP); the pin then reads LOW when the switch is on. Small slide switches are meant for low currents, so for motors or other heavy loads let the switch control a relay or MOSFET instead.
