Beirut ElectroCity currently delivers within Lebanon only. All prices are in USD.
Delivery options and fees

| Store pickup – Msaytbeh, Beirut | Free | Usually ready within 1 hour during opening hours. We'll contact you when it's ready. |
Order processing
Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. If an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you before shipping to agree on a replacement or remove it from your order.
Receiving your order
- Our courier will call you before delivery, so please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
- If the courier can't reach you after two attempts, the order is returned to our store and re-delivery is charged at the standard delivery fee.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and a photo so we can make it right. For returns, see our Refund policy.
