Ceramic Capacitor (103) 10nF 50V (5 pcs)

The Ceramic Capacitor (103) 10nF is a non-polarised ceramic capacitor with a capacitance of 10 nF (0.01 µF) and a 50 V rating, sold in a pack of 5. It is the value usually placed on the control pin of the 555 timer, and it is widely used in RC filters, oscillators and for suppressing high-frequency noise on signal lines.

Tip: Ceramic capacitors have no polarity, so they can be fitted either way round. To read the code, the first two digits are the value and the third is the number of zeros in picofarads: 103 means 10,000 pF, which is 10 nF.
