28mm Leg LED 3mm Dark Green (5pcs)

The 28mm Leg LED 3mm Dark Green pack contains five small 3 mm round through-hole LEDs that glow dark green. Their long 28 mm legs are easy to plug into a breadboard, bend into place or solder to a board, even when the LED has to sit in a panel hole away from the PCB. Use them as compact status lights and indicators, or for learning how to drive LEDs from an Arduino or ESP32.

Tip: Always use a series resistor, 220 Ω to 330 Ω at 5 V, to protect each LED. The longer leg is the anode (+) and goes to the positive side. Give each LED its own resistor instead of sharing one between several LEDs.
