Description
The 4*3 Membrane Switch Matrix Keypad is a thin, flexible keypad with 12 keys laid out in 4 rows and 3 columns: the digits 0 to 9 plus * and #. The keys are wired as a matrix, so all 12 can be read with only 7 microcontroller pins through a flat ribbon cable. It is a popular input for Arduino door locks, password systems, calculators and menu control.
