The Crystal Oscillator 4.915MHz is a 4.915 MHz quartz crystal that gives an oscillator circuit a stable, accurate reference frequency. Frequencies around 4.9152 MHz are popular for serial communication, because 4.9152 MHz divides exactly into standard baud rates such as 9600, 19200 and 38400.
