Tip: Ceramic capacitors have no polarity. Placed across a 100 kΩ op-amp feedback resistor, 680 pF sets an upper cut-off of about 2.3 kHz (f = 1 / (2π × R × C)), which limits the bandwidth of a slow sensor amplifier and filters out higher-frequency noise.
