9V 1A EU Plug Adapter

The 9V 1A EU Plug Adapter is a wall power adapter that converts mains AC into a 9 V DC output with up to 1 A of current. Its European (EU) two-pin round plug fits the two-pin sockets common in Lebanon, so you can power an Arduino Uno, Arduino Mega or another 9 V project straight from the wall without a computer or batteries.

Tip: On an Arduino Uno, the DC jack accepts 7–12 V and needs a 2.1 mm centre-positive plug, so 9 V is a safe middle value. Before using the adapter with any other device, check that the plug size, polarity and current requirement match, and never exceed 1 A of load.
