Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer Plus

The Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer Plus is a heated filament dryer that removes moisture from 3D printer filament. The Plus version takes two spools, so you can dry two materials or colours at once, and filament can be fed out of the box to the printer while it keeps drying. Dry filament prints with fewer strings, bubbles and weak layers, which matters a lot in humid weather such as a Beirut summer and for moisture-sensitive materials like PETG and TPU.

Tip: Set the temperature to suit the material, lower for PLA and TPU and higher for PETG and ABS, and stay below the filament's softening point so the spool does not deform. Check the filament maker's recommended drying time; a spool that has absorbed a lot of moisture often needs several hours.
