Flexible Coupler D19L25(5*5MM HOLE)

The Flexible Coupler D19L25(5*5MM HOLE) is a flexible shaft coupling with a 19 mm outer diameter and a 25 mm length, with a 5 mm bore at both ends. It joins two 5 mm shafts, for example a NEMA 17 stepper motor to a 5 mm drive shaft or rod. The flexible body takes up small misalignment between the shafts and damps vibration, so the motor bearings last longer and the drive runs more smoothly.

Tip: Slide both shafts in until they almost meet in the middle, then tighten the screws, onto the flat of a D-shaped shaft if it has one. Line the two shafts up as closely as you can; the coupler is made to absorb only small misalignment.
