LilyPad Buzzer

The LilyPad Buzzer is a small, sewable buzzer board that adds sound to wearable and e-textile projects. Drive it from a LilyPad Arduino pin to play beeps, alarms and simple melodies, and sew it in place with conductive thread through its two large pads.

• Type: low-profile inductive buzzer on a sewable LilyPad board
• Drive method: square-wave signal from an I/O pin, for example with the Arduino tone() function
• Operating voltage: 2.5 V to 4.5 V (rated 3.6 V)

Tip: The buzzer needs a changing signal to make sound, so use tone() rather than a steady HIGH. When it is not playing, keep both pins LOW, and remove it before washing, as the buzzer is not washable.
