SSR-40DA Solid State Relay

The SSR-40DA Solid State Relay lets a low-voltage DC signal switch a mains AC load. A 3–32 V DC input, for example from an Arduino, ESP32 or PLC output, turns on a 24–380 V AC load rated up to 40 A, with no moving contacts, no clicking and no contact wear. It is a single-phase relay widely used with heaters, lamps and temperature controllers.

Tip: Mount the relay on a metal heatsink with thermal paste, because it gets hot at higher currents, and leave a good safety margin below 40 A for continuous loads. It only switches AC loads; for DC loads use a DC-output relay such as the SSR-40DD.
