The ST4148 1N4148 is a fast small-signal switching diode of the industry-standard 1N4148 type, sold in a pack of 10. With a 75 V reverse voltage rating and a very fast 4 ns recovery time, it is the go-to diode for logic circuits, signal rectification, flyback protection on small relays and keeping current flowing in one direction only in Arduino projects.
