Zener diode 43V 1.3W

The Zener diode 43V 1.3W is a silicon Zener diode with a breakdown voltage of 43 V and a power rating of 1.3 W. When it is reverse biased it holds the voltage across it close to 43 V, so it is used to build simple voltage references, clamp voltage spikes and protect circuits from overvoltage.
