The 3296W 10Kohm 103 Trimpot is a multi-turn trimmer potentiometer with a total resistance of 10 kΩ, marked with the code 103. It is adjusted with a small screwdriver using the screw on top, and its many turns let you set a value very precisely and keep it there.
