4 x AA Battery Holder Box, Without Cover

The 4 x AA Battery Holder Box is an open battery holder, without a cover, that takes four AA cells connected in series. With alkaline batteries it supplies about 6 V, or about 4.8 V with rechargeable NiMH cells, which makes it a simple portable power source for robot cars, servos, toys and motor projects.

Tip: Check the polarity marks in each slot and insert the cells with the flat (negative) end against the spring. Fresh alkaline cells can give over 6 V in total, so do not connect the pack directly to the 5 V pin of an Arduino or to a 3.3 V board such as the ESP32; use a regulator instead.
