The Spindle motor 400W ER11 12-48V is an air-cooled DC spindle for small CNC routers and engraving machines, supplied together with a 52 mm CNC spindle holder. It has an ER11 collet chuck for router bits and engraving cutters and runs from a 12–48 V DC supply, which makes it a popular choice for desktop CNC builds and upgrades that need more power than a small hobby motor.

Tip: Use a DC supply that can deliver the current the spindle needs (about 8.3 A at 48 V for the full 400 W), ideally through a speed controller; the speed rises with the voltage. Tighten the ER11 nut with the proper spanner and use the collet that matches your bit's shank.
