Inductor 68uH

The Inductor 68uH is a fixed inductor with an inductance of 68 µH (microhenry). An inductor stores energy in a magnetic field and resists fast changes in current, which makes it useful for filtering power rails, building LC filters and smoothing the output of switching regulators. It has no polarity and suits prototyping, repairs and electronics lab work.

Tip: In power circuits, make sure the inductor's current rating is above the peak current of your converter, because too much current makes it overheat and can saturate its core, which lowers the inductance. An LCR meter is the easiest way to confirm the value before fitting it.
