The Resistor 0.25W 100K ohm is a through-hole fixed resistor with a resistance of 100 kΩ and a power rating of 0.25 W, sold in a pack of 10. Tip: Two 100 kΩ resistors in series make a divider that halves a voltage while drawing only 25 µA from 5 V, which is handy for monitoring a battery. Resistors have no polarity, and with 100 kΩ the 0.25 W limit is only reached at about 158 V.
