Brass Coupler (2-5mm)

The Brass Coupler (2-5mm) is a small rigid shaft coupler with a 2 mm bore on one end and a 5 mm bore on the other. Use it to connect a small motor shaft to a larger drive shaft, axle or rod when the two diameters do not match. Tip: Line up the two shafts carefully before tightening the set screws. A rigid coupler cannot absorb misalignment, so any offset will cause vibration and wear. If a shaft has a flat side, tighten the screw onto the flat for a stronger grip.
