DS18B20 Waterproof Digital Thermal Probe 2m

The DS18B20 Waterproof digital thermal probe puts the DS18B20 temperature sensor inside a sealed waterproof probe at the end of a 2 m cable, so you can measure the temperature of water, other liquids, soil or air away from your board. It sends a digital reading over a single data wire (the 1-Wire bus), so several probes can share one microcontroller pin and cable length does not reduce accuracy the way it can with analog sensors.

Tip: Connect a 4.7 kΩ pull-up resistor between the data wire and VCC, and use the OneWire and DallasTemperature libraries on Arduino or ESP32. Wire colours vary between batches (often red for VCC, black for GND and yellow or white for data), so check before powering. The cable insulation may not handle the sensor's full 125 °C, so avoid long use in very hot liquids.
