Dual D Flip Flop CD4013

The Dual D Flip Flop CD4013 is a CMOS logic IC that contains two independent D-type flip-flops, each with data, clock, set and reset inputs and Q and Q-bar outputs. It works from a wide 3 V to 18 V supply, so it is easy to use with 5 V Arduino circuits, 9 V batteries or 12 V systems for toggle switches, frequency dividers and simple memory.
