Dual OP-Amp LM358P

The Dual OP-Amp LM358P contains two independent, internally compensated operational amplifiers in an 8-pin DIP package. It runs from a single supply as low as 3 V, its input range includes ground and it draws very little current, which makes it one of the most popular op-amps for battery, sensor and Arduino projects.

Tip: The output cannot reach the positive rail; on a 5 V supply it tops out at about 3.5 V, so use a higher supply if you need a wider swing. Place a 100 nF capacitor between pins 8 and 4 close to the chip.
