The Resistive Membrane Pressure Sensor FSR402 Long Leg 10KG is a thin force-sensitive resistor (FSR) with a round sensing area and a long tail. Its resistance is very high when nothing presses on it and falls as you press harder, so it is an easy way to detect touch, squeeze or weight up to about 10 kg with an Arduino or ESP32 analog input.

Tip: Wire the sensor as a voltage divider with a 10 kΩ resistor to ground and read the middle point with an analog pin. An FSR gives a relative reading, not an exact weight; for accurate weighing use a load cell with an HX711 amplifier. Avoid bending the sensor sharply near its pins.
