Grove Pi Plus

The Grove Pi Plus (GrovePi+) is an add-on board that sits on top of a Raspberry Pi and lets you connect Grove sensors, buttons, displays and actuators with simple plug-in cables. An on-board ATmega328 microcontroller reads the analog and digital ports and talks to the Raspberry Pi over I2C, so you can build IoT and robotics projects in Python without soldering or a breadboard.

Tip: Enable I2C on the Raspberry Pi and install the GrovePi software before you connect sensors. The analog ports are read by the board's own microcontroller, which is what lets the Raspberry Pi, which has no analog inputs, use analog Grove sensors.
