IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module

The IRF520 MOSFET Driver Module is a simple switching board built around the IRF520 N-channel power MOSFET. A digital or PWM signal from an Arduino or other microcontroller switches a separate DC load on and off, so you can control LED strips, small DC motors, pumps and solenoids from your code. Screw terminals make the power and load wiring quick.

Tip: The IRF520 is not a logic-level MOSFET, so with a 5 V gate signal it does not turn fully on and heats up at high currents; at 3.3 V (ESP32) it is weaker still. Fit a flyback diode such as the 1N4007 across motors, solenoids and pumps.
