JFET Transistor BF245A 30V 25mA N-Channel

The JFET Transistor BF245A is an N-channel junction field-effect transistor in a TO-92 package, rated 30 V and 25 mA. JFETs have a very high input impedance and low noise, so the BF245A is widely used in RF and VHF amplifiers, radio front ends, pre-amplifiers and high-impedance buffer stages.
