JFET Transistor N-Ch 40V 50mA  PN4392 5pcs

The JFET Transistor N-Ch 40V 50mA PN4392 pack contains five PN4392 N-channel junction field-effect transistors in a TO-92 package. The PN4392 is designed as a low-level analog switch: it has a low on-resistance of 60 Ω maximum and a very high gate impedance, which makes it suitable for analog switches, sample-and-hold circuits, choppers and audio signal switching.
