The Load Cell Sensor 1Kg is a small strain gauge load cell with a 1 kg capacity for measuring light weights and forces. It outputs a tiny voltage that changes with the load, which an HX711 amplifier module converts into a digital reading for an Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi. It suits jewellery and letter scales, coffee scales and school weighing experiments.

Tip: Most load cells of this type have 4 wires, red E+, black E−, green A+ and white A−, which connect to the matching HX711 pins; check the label on your cell to be sure. Mount it so the force passes only through the load cell, and never load it above 1 kg.
