Description
The MMA7455 3 axis accelerometer is a digital motion sensor module based on the Freescale (NXP) MMA7455L. It measures acceleration on the X, Y and Z axes in ±2, ±4 or ±8 g ranges and sends the data over I2C or SPI, so it connects easily to an Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi. Built-in level and pulse detection can flag motion, taps and free fall on two interrupt pins.

What's in the Box
- 1 × MMA7455 3-axis accelerometer module
Tip: The MMA7455L is a 3.3 V chip, so check whether your module has a regulator before connecting it to 5 V, and use a level shifter on the I2C lines of a 5 V Arduino if needed. Lay the board flat and store the offset values once to calibrate it.
