MT3608 2 A Max DC‑DC Step‑Up (Boost) Power Module

The MT3608 2 A Max DC-DC Step-Up (Boost) Power Module raises a low DC voltage to a higher, adjustable output voltage. It is built around the MT3608 boost converter chip and has a small trimmer potentiometer to set the output, which makes it handy for running 5 V, 9 V or 12 V circuits from a single lithium cell, a few AA batteries or a USB supply.

Tip: Set the output voltage before connecting your circuit: turn the potentiometer while measuring the output with a multimeter and no load attached. A boost converter cannot give an output lower than its input, and it draws more current from the input than it delivers, so make sure your battery or supply can provide it.
