Proto Screw Shield Assembled

The Proto Screw Shield comes fully assembled and plugs on top of an Arduino Uno R3. It brings the Arduino header pins out to screw terminals, so you can clamp wires firmly instead of relying on loose jumper wires, and adds a prototyping area where you can solder your own components. It suits projects that need reliable connections that will not shake loose.

Tip: Strip about 5 mm of insulation, push the wire fully into the terminal and tighten until it cannot be pulled out, without over-tightening. Check the pin labels before connecting power, since a wire on the wrong terminal can short 5 V to GND.
