R307S Fingerprint Identification Module Sensor with Cable 15cm

The R307S Fingerprint Identification Module is an optical fingerprint sensor with its own processor and memory, supplied with a 15 cm cable. It captures, stores and matches fingerprints by itself and reports the result over a serial (UART) link, so an Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi only has to send simple commands. It is a popular choice for door locks, attendance systems and secure boxes.

Tip: Cross the serial lines: module TX goes to the board's RX and module RX to TX. The module works with fingerprint libraries for R30x sensors, such as the Adafruit Fingerprint Sensor library, and the sensor window should be kept clean for reliable matching.
